19th april:
- 1st draft of study guides
20th april:
- poster-design to be finalized
- Facebook event notification to be created
21st april:
- posters printed
- 1st morning announcement
- distributing of sign-up forms to CGs
22nd april:
- posters put up around school
23rd april:
- CGs to hand in sign-up forms
28th april:
-2nd morning announcements for sign-ups through SMS and email
3rd may:
- sign-ups to be finalized
- 2nd draft of study guides
8th may:
- country allocations finilazed
11th may:
- country allocations released through email
- final study guides completed
12th/13th may:
- study guides to be emailed to delegates
sometime during the 18th-23rd may week:
- pre TMUN briefing for delegates
4th, 5th, 6th June:
- TMUN!!!
